Simple idea. Buy a Re-usable cup. Get discount on ReFILLs in cafes in Bude. Proud to be supported by Beachcare. Proud to give all profit to Bude Sea Pool.
Absolutely right. Fishing debris accounts for 50% of what I clear from beaches. It is a serious problem not only #litter but killing marine life and birds by ingestion and entrapment 😡
THEY HAVE ARRIVED! .... The brand new #ReFILLBude rCups! The world’s first reusable coffee cup made from used paper cups!... COMING TO SHOPS AND CAFES VERY SOON! 💦💧💦💧 #rcup
Great. Keep it clear. Better still use #ReFILLBude bottles instead. Use any reusable bottle. Really there is no need to buy water! Changing routines and mindsets is the way forward. @AGreenerBude@BudeCleanerSeas
Fantastic, so simple rather than adding extra cost with colourings why not use clear PET and maximise recyclability. A clear example of the need for proper thought about end of life from the design stage, but if you are lucky enough to have good tap water don’t buy bottled
🌊Ocean pollution is a subject I feel very strongly about so I was eager to help a local charity and shoot these images to highlight this issue.🌊

Dear @comicrelief you’re well placed to effect positive change for our environment while fundraising & doing your brilliant work. Why not replace single use disposable merchandise with reusable refillable alternatives?! 🤔 @LennyHenry@ClaudiaWinkle@TessDaly#CleanerSeas ❤️💙🌍
#RefuseReuseRepurposeReFILL don’t bin stuff if it breaks. Mend it! Great to see people being shown how to mend household stuff at the new Repair Cafe today. @AGreenerBude
Don’t bin it. Mend it. Proud to launch @RepairCafeBude Let’s stop throwing stuff away when it breaks. Let’s use our skill sets to mend it. Awesome repairers from sew- ers, PC guys, bike folk, electricians... nearly 40 repairs ♻️✅#RefuseReuseRepurposeReFILL@AGreenerBude
Well done @Imogennapper the second paper from your PhD @PlymUni that has provided evidence for @CommonsEAC. You showed a single domestic wash could release nearly 700,000 fibers and highlighted the need for design interventions - both points are made in the EAC report out today
We want to make it easy for people to return drinks containers, so that they don’t end up in our seas, forests and parks.
We want to hear how you think a #DepositReturnScheme should work in England.
