Tonight @reformparty_uk run Warwickshire proposed a budget with fully funded plan for lower 3.89% tax rise, but as a minority administration were blocked by coalition of Libs/Lab/Green demanding the full 4.99% tax. Reform offering good value for residents. Lefty coalition demanding higher taxes!
