@AvantiWestCoast … 14.25 Lime Street to Euston. Seats saying - ‘reservations currently unavailable’ - but telling people to ‘sit where you can’. No idea if seats reserved. Shockingly poor service for what people are paying you for train tickets. Staff on train can’t clarify.
