Local Florida governments DO NOT have a revenue problem. The have a SPENDING problem! Please, read the January 2026 Florida DOGE Report especially page 14: “Soaring Property Tax Revenues Enable the Pattern of Excessive Local Spending.” Whoop! There it is! Government waste is astronomical and will only stop when they are REQUIRED to stop!
Florida, vote YES for the property tax reduction plan in November. This will be our only chance to rein in government spending because no future Governor or Florida Legislature will give us this opportunity.

Prop 39 released a new ad today highlighting what politicians don’t want you to know: California is one of a handful of states that don’t require a photo ID to vote.
Prop 39 is a battle of politicians versus people.
Politicians want you to vote no.
The People are voting yes.
This ad is a parody, but the problem is not.
The politicians want to protect their power and money. We want to give it back to you.
Vote Yes on Prop 39.

@the17th_letter6 What is she suing for? I would say she has no case since she participated in the riot and she should thank God she wasn’t hurt worse for her silly antics. Actions have consequences and she’s finally learning that lesson.
So… heading into the midterms, the official Democrat message seems to be:
- Orange man bad
-Socialism
-Illegals over citizens
-More socialism
- Orange man bad
Did I miss anything?
It's a shame that one of the most popular sheriffs in Florida, if not the country, permanently TARNISHED his favorable reputation by LOBBYING against Amendment 3, because the sheriffs and local governments are (apparently) insatiably GREEDY.
Sheriffs got MASSIVE pay raises over the last 5-7 years, and now when Floridians have a chance to lower their property taxes, the sheriffs SCREAM 'Nooooooo!'
Florida, say "YES" to Amendment 3!
@DeanTrantalis Perhaps, the neighbors should not allow themselves to be dependent on other neighbors supporting their daily services. Also, the schools are carved out of Amendment 3, unfortunately, so they will continue to take all the money they always do from the homeowners. Vote YES on A3!
A “yes” vote on Amendment 3 will allow homeowners to actually own their home once the mortgage is paid off. As it is now, once I pay off the house, government will treat me like a renter and demand thousands of dollars from me annually in order for me to keep my property. Once retired, people actually lose their homes, even though it is mortgage free, because they can no longer afford the tax burden due to fixed incomes.
Also, landlords won’t need higher rent from their tenants when their mortgage is paid off. It’s a win/win.
This amendment will also force local governments to cut extremely large salaries, wasteful spending, and use more wisdom when spending taxpayer money they are entrusted with.
I see no reason for any Floridian to vote against this unless they believe the propaganda local governments are pushing and they are pushing it hard because the parties, conferences, private plane travel, etc., will have to stop once this amendment passes.
@RepLuzRivas ICE does not kidnap people. If these families want to be safe in America, they should never have broken our laws and entered the US illegally so they should self deport.
@RepCasar If anyone is ”terrorized” in Austin it is because they know they broke our law and entered our country illegally. Don’t protect them. Deport them.
@ForecasterEnten Anyone who votes for Democrats at this point has to be a complete and utter fool. They’ve already put their cards on the table. They hate America, they hate white people and they love communism.
@ForecasterEnten Polling misses aside, maybe Dems nominating terrorists and weirdos will have more of an impact on Republicans keeping control of the Senate.
