The Govt continues to destroy the dreams of middle-class medical aspirants.
By springing major format changes like lengthy, video-based and clinical questions without warning, the NBEMS crashed the pass rate to a shocking 12.78%. Over 31,000 students have failed. Any major changes to the examination format, including the introduction of video-based questions, should be announced well in advance to allow candidates adequate preparation time. Changing the rules of the game on exam day is deliberate elimination, not a fair assessment.
We stand with the Tamil Nadu Medical Students Association. The Ministry of Health must immediately conduct a transparent review and lower the qualifying cutoff for this session!

Another shocking incident of #violence against healthcare workers.
A doctor and paramedical staff were allegedly #assaulted at a hospital in LB Nagar, #Hyderabad, after attending to a patient who had presented with stomach pain.
How many more doctors & healthcare workers must be assaulted before decisive action is taken? Attacks on doctors are increasing day by day across India, turning hospitals into unsafe workplaces for those who dedicate their lives to saving others.
Doctors are expected to work tirelessly, handle emergencies, and save lives under immense pressure. Yet, instead of respect and protection, they are too often met with abuse and violence. This is unacceptable.
Healthcare workers deserve safety, dignity, and justice—not fear.

A doctor was brutally assaulted after the death of woman in Malkangiri Odisha due to an alleged snake bite.
We request the @CMO_Odisha@odisha_police to put these goons behind bars and ensure strict protection for doctors.

The nightmare of every woman. Shame on everyone who stood by and watched. Not a single soul tried to intervene while she was being assaulted. Sometimes, the silence of bystanders is as disturbing as the crime itself. #odisha@PMOIndia
🚨Merciless Odisha: Mob Attacks NGO Workers Over Child Kidnapping Rumors in Rayagada
On June 16, NGO fellows Suman Jha from Delhi and Arpita Sutaria from Gujarat faced a violent mob in Rayagada’s Intaliguda village while asking directions during a field visit.

The woman was beaten, clothes torn, hair pulled and stripped naked in public.
Police rescued the victims who are now safe.
Police swift Action : 16 21 arrests made Investigation ongoing. No rumor justifies such inhuman brutality

Today is World AIDS Vaccine Day — a reminder that the fight against HIV continues. Research for an HIV vaccine gives hope, but until then, awareness, prevention, and education remain our strongest shields. Early diagnosis and treatment is the key. #WorldAIDSVaccineDay
12/05/26, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) - officially renamed Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS). This change aims to reflect, condition as a complex, multisystem disorder involving metabolic, endocrine & reproductive health, rather than just a gynecological issue
@DMA_India15 After charging huge examination fees and calling it a “national competitive exam,” where is the accountability? An exam that decides futures cannot keep turning into a joke every year.
Students deserve fairness. Students deserve transparency. Students deserve a system that works
