@Hertz please be better. Your counter employee at SFB made a mistake on my drop off location and now @Hertz wants to charge me $304 to revise my reservation!! Very frustrating and disappointing @Hertz to treat customers that way!!!! #BeBetter

@HertzUK@Hertz Heathrow tried to charge £205 for my spouse to be an additional driver, despite the advertised Gold Plus benefit. Customer Relations agrees the benefit applies, but my husband still isn’t authorised on our active rental. Can someone help?
