I'm opening my private WhatsApp group to 200 more operators.
For the past 1 year, we've had the best cold email operators, SaaS founders, and agency owners in one room...
And it's been INSANE.
- Weekly live sessions with industry leaders.
- Tool hacks that save thousands per month.
- Job opportunities you won't find anywhere else.
But we've kept it tight.
Only 350 people who are actually crushing it with outbound.
And now we're expanding.
Current members include:
- SaaS founders doing $1M+ ARR with cold email
- Agency owners booking 100+ meetings per month
- Sales leaders managing outbound teams
- Operators who sent millions of emails/month
We share:
- What's working in real-time (not outdated case studies)
- Direct intros to buyers and partners
- Early access to tools before they blow up
- Weekly deal flow and opportunities
The vetting is strict.
If you're asking questions about "best subject lines" — this isn't for you. If you're selling courses or trying to promote your agency — don't bother.
But if you're an operator who's actually generating pipeline from cold email...
Drop "EXPAND" below.
I'll personally review every request.
10 cold email campaign angles that RIPPED meetings for us in 2026:
1. Benchmark against 2 real competitors and tease your findings
2. Share 3 specific things you spotted on their site, policy, or public material
3. Show you have data on where their market is moving right now
4. Have a named exec invite them to a small-group dinner with no agenda
5. Prepare a 3-minute read built for their exact situation and ask to send it
6. Describe the manual workflow they're doing in painful, recognizable detail
7. Reference a recent public setback and offer a different angle on the fix
8. Translate a fresh regulation into what it means for their function
9. Mirror their current outbound back to them and explain why it's invisible
10. Show them they have more expertise than reach and offer to fix that
You can run unlimited campaigns off just these 10 angles.
The angle is what does the heavy lifting.
And the copy is downstream of it.
One thing though. None of this works if your list is wrong.
So before you steal the angles, fix the list.
P.S. Which of these would actually make you stop scrolling your inbox?
We send over 10 million emails/month.
These are the 5 GTM plays that book the most meetings for us.
And none of them need a bloated stack.
Here's when to use each one:
1. Website Visitor De-anonymization
Some clients come to us with great traffic but zero idea who's actually on their site.
Hundreds of visitors a day. All anonymous.
We turn those visitors into named contacts, enrich them, and reach out the same day they visited.
Stack: RB2B + Clay + Smartlead + Getsales
2. LinkedIn Engagement Play
Some clients have a strong founder brand.
They get MASSSIIIVE engagement when they post.
Those engagers are the warmest leads you can have.
We pull them, enrich them, and start the conversation before they forget they ever interacted.
Stack: Phantombuster + Clay/Claude Code + Smartlead + Getsales
3. Automated Outbound
Some clients have no inbound and no founder brand.
For them, we build cold email and DM systems that run at volume without anyone babysitting them.
Stack: Ai Ark+ https://t.co/iGn7N3F1nb + Clay/Claude Code + LeadMagic + Million Verifier + Smartlead
4. LinkedIn Content System
Some clients want inbound but they don't know what to post.
We help them build a consistent posting system that warms people up long before we ever land in their inbox.
Stack: Apify + Claude Code
5. Inbound Orchestration
Some clients already have leads coming in - but they slip through the cracks.
We make sure every lead gets enriched, routed, and contacted before it goes cold.
Stack: CRM + Clay/Claude Code + LeadMagic + Smartlead
Every client is different.
Some need all five. Some need one.
The skill isn't knowing the plays.
It's knowing which one to run first.
P.S. Which one is your fav play?
"We keep buying tools to fix the last tool we bought."
That's a line I hear almost 20 times a week.
Enterprise team leaders have NO clue which stack is actually the best. And there're 100+ gurus on social telling them what to use, what to avoid, what's a game-changer...
And in case you didn’t notice, most of those posts are sponsored. Yeah. SPONSORED.
So here's my version. (FYI, nobody paid me a penny to promote these tools)

Most teams inherit a stack of 30+ and can't tell you why they pay for HALF of it.
This is 18 you can defend to anyone who asks.
So what's the one tool you'd fight to keep? And the one you KNOW you're only paying for out of habit?
Everyone on my feed is saying Outlook infra is dead and moving everything back to Google. It’s not, see vid below.
We send 10M+ cold emails a month. Aged Outlook is still our best performing infra.
I’m not telling you Outlook is the answer. My costs aren’t your costs. The only number that settles this is cost per positive, and you have to run that math on your own setup.
Before you rip everything out, a few things worth checking first:
Last week’s reply dip lines up with July 4th, not a deliverability collapse. Summer alone cuts replies around 20% because your prospects are on vacation.
Most domains are burnt by month 4. If you’re sending hard on the same domains month after month, that might be your real problem.
Warm-up ratios are the biggest lever almost nobody touches. One change to ours last month 2-4x’d our positive replies.
The full numbers by infra type and the exact warm-up change we made are in the video.
If your data shows something different, tell me. I’d rather look at your numbers than argue hot takes.
Happy sending. Oh and if this was of value, please share / repost.
One irresistible offer you can create is the STACK VALUE offer.
Coaches have been running it for years. Here’s how it works:
[1] You stack five or six things together.
[2] Put a real dollar value on each.
[3] The total becomes the offer.
[4] Then you price it way below the total.
So saying yes feels obvious.
Adam Robinson did something similar when he launched his LinkedIn growth offer (which I believed didn’t work out).
But it doesn’t mean it will not work out for you. IT CAN.
→ Stack the value
→ Name a price that's a fraction of it
→ And watch people sign up like crazzzzy
P.S. Are you running a STACK VALUE offer right now?
2016: Apollo was the only B2B database tool (good one)
2026: B2B database is a commoditized space.
When I started my lead gen journey in 2016, I used to do list building. Verification. Sending. Everything via Apollo.
(For a few years, I followed the same workflow. on repeat.)
Then cold outreach became the gold rush. The B2B lead gen space became commoditized in a span of 3-4 years. (because apparently everyone wants to be a lead gen bro 😅 )
This led to Apollo’s data being saturated.
So around 2022, I started running experiments via multiple database providers. And Apollo wasn't indexing some niches.
And this was the gap other founders took advantage of. They mapped every niche. And they'd started super cheap.
[1] Ocean io was one of them. I've never seen anyone create better lookalikes than Ocean io. Period.
[2] LeadMagic was returning 85%+ match rates at $0.01 per credit with validation baked in. #1 rated data provider on Clay.
[3] AI Ark is the latest addition to the tech stack. It's catching accounts that neither of the others had.
So the question that changed how we build every campaign wasn't "is this list big enough?"
It was "what's missing from it?"
If a new GTME joined my team tomorrow, this is the stack I'd hand them. And I'd expect them to run 8/10 of these tools on day one.
1. List building
↳ Clay: TAM sourcing, signal-based filtering, full TAM in one table
↳ LinkedIn Sales Nav: Tier 1 and Tier 2 account sourcing
↳ https://t.co/iGn7N3EtxD: lookalike audience building and TAM expansion
2. Email Enrichment
↳ BounceBan (Verify risky emails without sending messages), MillionVerifier, LeadMagic
↳ ZeroBounce: validation before anything touches an inbox
3. Deliverability
↳ Our own Outlook and Google infrastructure
↳ Maildoso for STMP sending
4. Signal stacking
↳ AI Ark: intent signals, similarity search, semantic search, and enrichment in one platform.
5. AI scoring
↳ OpenAI or Claude: accounts scored by ICP fit, signal strength, engagement
↳ Tier A (8 to 10) → direct outreach ↳ Tier B (5 to 7) → automated sequence
↳ Tier C (under 5) → ad audience or content nurture, not direct contact
6. Outreach
↳ EmailBison, https://t.co/61CvEr1BGM, Smartlead: email-only sending
↳ Heyreach: LinkedIn campaigns, cold and brand awareness
7. CRM and automation
↳ https://t.co/GFmj3jfapW: every contact, every tag, every stage in one place
↳ n8n: signal triggers routed into CRM tasks automatically
↳ Slack: automated reports on every client, every morning
This is the full day one handoff.
P.S. Comment what's the one tool in your stack you couldn't run without?
@charliebennett Here’s what ChatGPT does that Gemini sucks at
1. Searching the web
2. Manipulating files (you can upload 500mb!!)
3. Writing AND executing code, in chat
4. Deep Research
5. Agent Mode to control the browser
6. Deep synthesis from a variety of inputs
7. A UX that doesn’t suck
