I also got onto the chat this morning and they enabled me to request a refund, I’m still not convinced though, says 8 weeks

@CourtenayBarrat @zsnel1 @DanielJames94 @loveholidays @TUIUK I called the bank to ask them to stop the payment, the advisor said she could but for me to check first that it’s not going to affect what I’ve already paid / will they then refund what I’ve already paid ?

@zsnel1 @DanielJames94 @loveholidays We are in the same position, £2000 due out 2nd August, less to refund if they just sorted it beforehand ! On their chat they said we need to pay as in the contract but surely not if we know hol is not going ahead 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
