Strangling her children has not been contested….. she is not pleading innocent in the normal sense of innocence. Her plea all but confirms she did it. Theres two outcomes her, not guilty by reason of insanity or guilty.

There is no burden to prove that she did it. It is not contested by the defense.

The whole trial was about mental state and it’s unfortunate most people missed the mark on how to interpret this

This entire trial has been surrounding her mental state.

If she plead not guilty and claimed innocence, as i said before, this trial would have gone a much different direction.
