@virginmedia we are waiting for a call back to sort our intermittent internet - since last Thursday. Done another reboot, can’t get through on phone and you’ve disabled your ‘instant’ chat/email/book an engineer. Please reply to help sort this issue out

@virginmedia I’ve just tried to call the main virgin media contact number to get a ‘sorry we are busy’ message - can’t even get through to the options! How can I get out issues resolved?

@virginmedia It was a fraudulent call so I hung up. The router is the nee one is it the home hub 4 virgin call it

@virginmedia That app doesn’t support the new router you’ve sent us 🤷‍♀️ I need to talk to a human and can’t get through on the main number and have just had a scam call claiming to be from virgin but very dubious

@virginmedia It’s our wireless router that’s been an issue since the new router was set up (virgin automatically disconnected our previous router)
