No, killing us wouldn't make since, but keeping us addicted to foods that make us obese and sick does so they can prescribe a "fix". IE: Ozempic, allergy medications,
How do you explain humans not needing any of that for centuries, but now we do? Its ok man. Just keep eating and believing everything your told, and I'll choose to eat things that come from the earth and are naturally made by God.
@JosephDaou15751@briebriejoy I understand that. The world around us has also been manipulated by big corporations who lie to us. There are plenty of independent researchers who agree with me. Sugar is terrible for you, and it is why America has an obesity problem.
A lot of medical research is government funded and lobbied for by big food companies. Who are about profit, not the health of Americans. Big pharma pushes it to, so we all stay sick. Do your own research and just try and see what not eating the junk does for you. There are plenty of people out there who agree with me.
@JosephDaou15751@briebriejoy The vitamins and fiber help break down the sugar naturally, as it should. It is not the same once processed and the body doesn't break it down the same. Which leads to weight gain, which has been directly linked to cancer. Sorry bud but you are wrong.
Processed bread ingredients:
Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Yeast, Brown Sugar, Wheat Gluten, Contains 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Salt, Monoglycerides, Enzymes, Ascorbic Acid, Soybean Oil, Vinegar, Cultured Wheat Flour, Monocalcium Phosphate, Soy Lecithin.
Traditional bread ingredients:
flour, salt, yeast, sugar, water/milk and butter/oil
See the difference?
@JosephDaou15751@briebriejoy Whole wheat bread and most bread you can buy at the store are not healthy in my opinion. Sourdough is about the only bread you should be digesting.
I totally agree. Sugars eaten in their natural form are good for you. IE: fruits. The processed sugar used in Ben and Jerry's is not. See below for some of the differences. The main being the way your body processes it and what part of the dietary tract that its processed. Regardless its only good in small quantities. One pint from Ben and Jerry's has a ton of sugar. Which is not healthy anyway you try and spin it.
Here are a few of the differences in processed and naturally accruing sugars:
Composition: Fruits contain natural sugars like fructose and glucose, while processed sugar is refined and contains less nutrients.
Digestion: Natural sugars take longer to be digested, while processed sugar can cause spikes in blood sugar and insulin.
Health Impact: Processed sugar can lead to weight gain and health issues, while fruit sugar provides essential nutrients.
Yes, sugar is terrible for you. Sorry for hating on B&J Chubbs, I used to love it too. The more I look into my health and what's in our food though reality sets in. I'm not wrong, and they used to make their products out of homemade and decent. Now they have this:
1. Their non-GMO label does not apply to the milk, which is conventionally sourced from cows fed herbicide-laden GMO ingredients such as corn and soy, along with antibiotics. Testing has found glyphosate (Roundup weed killer) in their ice cream.
2. They use the thickener and emulsifier Carrageenan, which is linked to digestive issues and cancer.
3. Guar gum is another thickener, which can kill healthy gut bacteria, and disrupt the microbiome.
4. They take shortcuts by using "Natural Flavors" in their ice creams. This is a proprietary lab-created concoction that allows them to use fewer real food ingredients, as well as create an irresistible taste that induces you to crave their ice cream more and more.
