@AirCanada Hi team, I travelled DEL-YYZ on AC 43 on 4 Nov. My tray table when opened was dirty & soiled, when i brought this to the notice of the hostess she handed me a wet tissue to clean it myself. Is the passenger supposed to clean the table left dirty?

@AirCanada Thanks! i will send detailed info through the link you have shared. Meanwhile I’d really want to understand, in the interest of everyone’s information, that during covid times is it fair to ask the passenger to clean someone else’s dirt?
