@ladymaxted Got a call back now from their highest escalation point after emailing their top management. I have also mentioned your name so expect a call from them shortly. Fingers crossed this get sorted out for both of us

@ladymaxted @currys @currysplc @BBCWatchdog I got in touch with the company that issued the e-codes and they have advised that this is common problem with Curry’s. I’d advise once you get them refunded to not use them again as your order will be cancelled again (as it was for me). Instead refund the actual e-codes

@chamrairesh @currys They won’t solve it as I don’t think they actually care that much about their costumers. This happened to me and saw another user posting over the weekend about it. I’ve been given 3 timeframes so far so it’s a waiting game
