@chickenboona @chelcbun88 @currys I’ve been having the same issue. Failed to refund in initial 48hrs, wrote CEO complaint was told another 2 days and that funds would be on my end of day today, now being told tomorrow. Not hopeful. Next step is legal action. Good luck resolving!

@currys couldn’t complete my order due to technical error on the site. Tried again only to find my £1600 gift card balance has been wiped even though order wasn’t even placed! How long will it take for these funds to be re-credited??
