@chelcbun88 @currys I'm in exactly the same position. I'm literally on my way to Currys now to try and speak to someone who will be able to put me in contact with a real person and not a BOT. I've also reported to Financial ombudsman and Fair trading.

@currys How do you keep on trading with such appalling customer service? I tried to buy something last night with a gift card and pay the final £3 with my bank card and it failed. Now my vouchers are showing zero balance and I can't do anything because I get no help at all!

@chrisheck76 You've got this so wrong. Surely you want to do a game when a) people can get there early and b) it's not full of opposition fans on top of the additional cost just after Christmas. I won't be attending and I hope no one else falls for this poorly thought out idea
