@JetBlue knowingly put us on the plane and knew it wasn’t leaving. Now we’re sitting on the tarmac waiting for, we think, 40 mins. No communication. Scheduled 8:00am. PVD>PBI. 2:00pm still here on PVD. Disappointing. Not much communication inside before we got on either.

@unseen1_unseen Crazy. I got "I would not have the authority" and then clicked "think harder" and it returned, "I would have limited power based on precedent and jurisdiction." Just proves that AI is only as good as the information put in and that they are biased.

@walmarthelp I have a question I can’t seem to get an answer… As a member it says “Free shipping, no order minimum. Save $6.99 on orders under $35.” But when I ordered, I was charged? I was able to chat with someone and they refunded, but why did it charge me automatically?

@Grasshopper I've gone from biggest fan to highly frustrated. My voicemails continue to get deleted automatically. I cannot get anyone to solve this issue. Support: check your emails since you get copies there. ?!?! Why not keep them on the phone?!!? #poorcustomerservice

@CNBC Interviews via Zoom have got to stop. Horrible sound and blurry pictures. Makes it hard to understand what they’re saying. Not useful. I find myself changing the channel when these interviews are on.

@todoist I just updated the ToDoist app and it no longer has the widget capability. Is this a glitch? I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max with iOS 17.2 and the app version is 23.12.15. HELP! I prefer the widget to get into the app. I use the app every day.

@todoist Help! I updated the iOS Todoist App, version 23.12.15 seems to remove the functionality of widgets. The widget went blank and I can't add it back (not in the list of options any more). Are you planning to bring them back? (I have: iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS version 17.2).
