CASE STUDY for @DOGE : How the #IRS spends millions in taxpayer money to actively destroy small businesses.
1. Tech entrepreneur Richard Brasser self-reports a tax issue & repays in its program #VDP promised to reward honesty
2. Rogue IRS agent conducts private calls with a corrupt investor who sabotaged company.
3. DOJ steps in to convict the founder anyway, totally ignoring due process & resolved payment & its own compliance program,
The federal court just rubber stamped this absolute waste of federal resources as a personal favor to a friend of the Charlotte DOJ. (Receipts available)
@elonmusk this belongs on the leaderboards immediately.

@ed_rosenberg Taken together, these cases indicate that lying and manipulating “evidence” is the standard modus operandi of the Department of Justice’s Assistant U.S. Attorneys

The US government’s darkest secret is erupting out of the shadows thanks to 36 other targeted American families finding each other. A #weaponization protocol called "Isolate and Extract." waiting for a moment of catastrophic personal trauma—like the violent assault of a teenage daughter—to rush her father’s indictment, intimidate broken family members, deny standard plea deals, and exploit a family’s deepest tragedy only to then force a public show-trial.
🎭 Why the theatrical malice? Because an honest look at the financial truth completely clears my husband.
The psychological executions on innocent & contributing American families is demonic. The real criminals are standing in our courtrooms across the country entrusted into power FOR #WeThePeople.

AI says you are the top four heroes that will not only care but will expose how the IRS just annihilated its own billion dollar program with one malicious prosecution
🚨TAX INDUSTRY ALERT: The IRS VDP “safe harbor” is now a proven PRISON TRAP. Richard Brasser self-reported, paid total owed, never kicked out of program then indicted years later. No fraud. No evasion. Clients should FLEEVDP. @AICPA@ABATAXSECTION@turbotax@YourVoiceAtIRS@KPMG
3. This isn’t just a defense of my husband; it’s an indictment of a system that criminalizes excellence & integrity. If a Harvard-educated tech founder who paid his bills isn’t safe from state-sponsored envy, neither are you! @EricLDaugh@GuntherEagleman@TheBabylonBee
Observations about @British_Airways from an almost 1,000,000 mile @United Airlines flyer:
1. When someone joins your BA Club, pays for a Premium Economy ticket, and pays over $40 for a reserved seat, he/she should not find themselves in Group 5. They should at least get Group 4, if not higher.
2. Forcing a passenger who paid for a premium seat to check a carry-on is not good customer service. When I explained that I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to wait for checked luggage, which is why I packed a carry-on, I was told that everyone in Group 5 would have to do that. You should’ve asked for volunteers and incentivize them, not punish people who paid a premium believing that they could take a carry-on.
3. Your agents at check-in should be empowered to put people on an earlier flight, especially when there are seats available and it’s already clear that your last flight of the day (BA485) is running late. But I guess that’s only true for employee-owned airlines like United who actually care about their passengers.
4. When you cancel a flight long after it was scheduled to takeoff, the proper thing to do is NOT to send people back to the ticket agents in the departure area when those people have no idea what’s going on. The involuntary Barcelona Airport midnight marathon was not appreciated.
5. When your 21:30 flight to London Gatwick flies and your 21:20 to London Heathrow doesn’t, it certainly looks like your story about Air Traffic Control may not be true. Just sayin’.
@British_Airways@united Also, a proper apology has three parts. 1. I’m sorry. 2. Here’s why it won’t happen again. 3. Here’s what we’ll do to make it up to you. Words by themselves are meaningless. Ask anyone who’s ever been cheated on.
@British_Airways@united Pardon me for being blunt, but this is a complete non-answer. I’ve tried to change earlier flights before and your gate agents are not empowered to do anything other than to give a boarding pass. That’s pathetic.
Another Customer Service lesson courtesy of @amazon and @amazonhelp:
The email below tells me 3 things.
1. The person didn’t respect me enough to do anything other than hit “track package” and communicate what I managed to do by myself in less than five seconds.
2. The “person” probably isn’t a person at all. Artificial Stupidity is more likely.
3. Amazon does not hire problem solvers or people with a even modicum of intelligence or initiative. They would rather give hollow apologies and 10 GBP credits — as if I’d be excited to spend more money on the site.
FYI Amazon: unless you are willing to accept accountability and demonstrate that you are willing to hold drivers who lie — and chat support who provide incorrect information — accountable, all of this is pointless.
