Most people think robots just 'follow commands.' Reality is way more complex.
A simple task like “pick up the glass” requires reasoning, physics, and thousands of control signals per second. This is where Physical AI gets real.

The Shift to Autonomy: Not Coding, Teaching
Robotics is moving from rigid code to Autonomy. We don’t program steps; we teach intent.
The goal? True autonomy on real factory floors.

🚀 Day 1 at @hannover_messe: What a Start!
The first day is almost over, and it couldn't have begun with a more significant highlight:
We were honored to welcome @BuschRo, President and Chief Executive Officer of @Siemens AG, to our booth! 🤝 It was a pleasure discussing the future of automation and the impact of Autonomous Industrial Robotics together.
The day was packed with press interviews, deep-dive discussions, and high-energy live demos. If you are at the show over the coming days, stop by to see Alfie – The Autonomous Industrial Robot and experience our latest innovations firsthand.

Less hype. More precision. ⚙️
Robotics needs clearer autonomy levels.
In this article published on @t3n, we outlines our 5-level model for autonomy.

Miscommunication can cause major problems.
In robotics, we call very different systems autonomous.
To help the industry finally speak the same language, I developed a five-level model for robotics, which I outline in a recent article published in @t3n (in German).
And for anyone who wants to go deeper, we also unpack the topic in episode two of RobTalks. 🎙️

We can't wait seeing you all at Hannover Messe! Get a first glimpse on our new autonomous production line and build your own robot setup at our DYI modularity station!
If you’re at Hannover Messe, @Robco_Robotics is showcasing its systems in Hall 26, Booth E35.
One of the highlights is a DIY modularity station, where visitors can build and reconfigure a robot setup using real components.
The idea is to demonstrate how modular robotics systems adapt to the use case, not the other way around
They’re also showing how their digital twin infrastructure supports faster deployment and reconfiguration.
Another piece of the stack is RobFlow, their no-code interface for programming and operating robots. The concept is straightforward: if you can operate a tablet, you should be able to configure an automation workflow.
RobCo is also giving a preview of its next generation autonomous product line.
The RobCo team, from founders to engineers and integration specialists, will be on site throughout the event.
If you’re exploring practical industrial automation, Booth E35 in Hall 26 is worth a stop at HANNOVER MESSE.
I’ll be there too, and hope to see you there! 👋🏻
