@cliffreid Optimaze your prehospital care to the ED system which is accepting you with the patient. There are countries, in which the outcome will be much better, if the patient gets a professional prehosp advanced airway and/or complex haemostasis management.

@airambulancedoc We have Bene using fibrinogen concetrate with hungarian HEMS for every patient who gets prehospital blood transfusion
