Our 3rd block is JV/9th grade football class. @_Maruca49 has been killing it with this group since the summer! Today’s “game day” lift (no different than any day lift for these guys) we introduced VBT by setting a velocity floor for their programmed four sets of one. If guys hit over .35 m/s on all four sets? They earned a PUSH set! I did miss a few guys. I apologize! Overall awesome day for this crowd!! @StJamesFB @scagle12
