@easyJet Please, please respond to my message. You had delayed luggage (missing for 7 days) back at the beginning of August. Put a claim in and after almost 5 months no-one responds to any of messages. Still not resolved after 5 months! My reference is U2KER/830707.

It's now been over 3 months since you lost our two items of luggage for 7 days. I submitted a claim immediately on our return. I have had zero response from @easyJet.
How long is a reasonable amount of time before claims are settled?
@easyJet Because you seem incapable of finding our lost luggage. Could we have an opportunity to climb over the mountain of lost luggage at Sofia and Manchester Airports?
@stronger_self@easyJet Exactly the same customer service for us. We don't even know where our bags are. We left Manchester 3 days ago and can't get any response from anyone. We don't know if our bags are in MAN or here or in Timbuktu! No communication.
@easyJet is it possible to speak to an actual person regarding lost luggage? The baggage description was incorrectly entered to the operator. Entered black upright design when it's a black holdall design. I suspect searching for the wrong bags. Day 3 in resort and heard nothing.

3 of my 5 cameras have recently stopped working.
Any suggestions for things to try. They're simply not responding. I've tried unplugging and re-plugging.

Never happened before so I suspect it's your system.
