@Moneybox Listening to the bank switching item. I'm wondering if there is a lot of work changing card details with the various online services people may be signed up to, e.g. streaming services, airport parking accounts, toll fee accounts, vendors sites, etc. Feels off-putting.

@ChaseSupportUK Hello. For the last 2 days my Chase App has been 'hanging'. It loads, displays the top level page, but if I try to Go to Account, or Send Money, it gets part way and then hangs. It is preventing me managing my money. I have cleared cache and restarted the mobile.

@Tesco Hello Tesco. My wife has just returned a coat she paid £55 for, and only received a £48.16 refund. When queried, customer service suggested it was to do with savings and promotions on the bigger original bill. But the coat had neither applicable. Help please.

@BBCWorldatOne Headlights - Peugeot rep avoided the question. In my view headlights are brighter now, can often be distracting, at times dangerous, and generally very irritating. Car makers seem NOT to be considering the safety of road users, other than their own customers.
