@PoodleTime If you know the animator that did the kick that comes after pulling an enemy with the ribbons send my love in his/her direction. Imt obsessed with that kick. Truly amazing work you guys did!!!
This was our first miniboss in the Witherbloom demo but it was also my first time designing an enemy like this. Working on the animation was a blast but nothing compares to watching people react to it the first time he charges up with the crystals and starts dashing.

This is the enemy I enjoyed the most designing the combat and #animation in Witherbloom. I was able to bring a bit of my love for martial arts into the mix. From the dodge to using the motion warp in a different way, we were able to make it feel different than regular enemies.

@QwertNikol Thanks man appreciate it!!! Yeah we bring our own kind of flavor to a project. I have been very lucky of being able to also evolve to a combat desig roll inside the same studio.
