@TUIUK@TUIUK I understand a spokesperson for TUI has claimed all 170,000 customers affected by this up to 14th May have been contacted already. I was due to depart on 6th April and still have not been contacted? Your spokesperson needs to stick to facts #RefundPassengers
@D_chapman22@TUIUK I could not agree more - the tool is unhelpful in that no matter what option you select the answer is always the same "don't call us, we'll call you message". @TUIUK could make this a lot easier on themselves and us if we could process our refund request online
