Overcharging is rampant on the Guwahati-Dimapur Jan Shatabdi Express.For the same Veg Cutlet breakfast,I am charged ₹50 one day and ₹60 the next. Official IRCTC rate is ₹40. Why are vendors allowed to ignore fixed rates?@RailMinIndia @IRCTCOfficial #NoBillNoPay #IndianRailways
