Being retarded means you’re ruminating and overthinking your decision
Retardmaxing means you’re making decisions based on your gut instinct — zero rumination, zero regrets

You've been asking for this one...

Start here, it will change your life.
Saw this coming many months ago.
For the short time I worked there, I saw so much inefficiency and so many people in full AI denial. It was actually funny.
A lot of the engineers had this hardcore "code is my life" nerd mentality, still larping like it's 2020.
Writing code by hand.
Rejecting any AI tool that could 10x their output.
Acting like prompt engineering is some fad.
Straight-up in denial.
I'd look at certain teams and think, man, this entire squad of 10 could easily be run by 2 people max with basic agents doing the work.
Saw seniors spending days on code reviews that AI could've pre-filtered perfectly.
And there were so many cases exactly like that.
Whole departments bloated with people just... existing.
Teams reporting to a manager, who reported to another manager, who reported to even more managers above them.
And these managers?
Following their little scripts.
Running endless standups.
Updating silly Jira tickets.
Treating "Scrum" like it was the holy bible of productivity, lmao.
Meanwhile, half the tickets were trivial shit that Claude could knock out in minutes.
Expected.
The AI wave was always going to wash this away.
An update regarding the future at @Cloudflare. I’ve shared my full message to the team and details on the support we're providing those departing here: https://t.co/8djT55aVSP
