@DaleJohnsonESPN The reason for refs not giving it with todays ruleset is a little wild. Surely not up to the refs to decide whether the punishment fits the crime, it should only be to follow the laws of the game. Is this excuse ever given for refs not giving a penalty/ pass back/something else?
