How shit are #Evri ?!! I booked and paid for collection and delivery and nothing has happened. Went online to track it and apparently I'd said I don't need it collected anymore! So why is it still sat in my hallway?! No way to rectify it online or to speak to an adviser

Just been told by @manypets_uk that my policy is being cancelled due to my dog having behavior issues in the past which have been addressed with a behaviourist and worked on over 2.5 years. @manypets_uk not encouraging the rehoming of dogs or indeed working to fix their behavior
