Infographics from @NASA on the mission architectures for the Artemis IV landing on the Moon. Options for @SpaceX Starship and @blueorigin Blue Moon landers are both under consideration🌙
@esherifftv Great news! Given that Artemis III will be in Low Earth Orbit, we can expect the highest quality footage for this flagship programme that we've ever seen.
@SpaceKate Artemis III interaction with Starship HLS will be limited to docking and manoeuvre operations. NASA are keeping their options open on whether Blue Moon or Starship is used for the Artemis IV landing.
🌟 CEPHEUS NEBULAE 🌟
I spent multiple nights imaging these two diffuse nebulae listed in the Sharpless catalogue that can be found in the constellation Cepheus with my Seestar S30 smart telescope:
✨️ Lion Nebula (SH2-132)
✨️ Lobster Claw Nebula (SH2-157)
JAXA is about to launch a planetary probe to Mars’s moon Phobos. The Martian Moons eXploration (MMX) mission is scheduled to fly on Monday, Oct. 19, at 19:41 UTC from the Tanegashima Space Center atop an H3-24L rocket.

@esherifftv Deciding what life skills your son wants to or needs to retain in the coming years is perhaps one of the biggest changes likely to impact the next generation. Making such choices is how we'll best be able to influence our future IMO. Interesting times await us all.
@peterrhague Sadly, it looks like @SciGuySpace prediction for an all UK launch from British soil may be looking all the more likely 😕

🌟 SOUL NEBULA 🌟
My first high definition image of the Soul Nebula in the constellation Cassiopeia captured over 5 nights on my new Seestar S50 Pro smart telescope
✨️ Designation: IC 1848
✨️ Integration Time: 12 hours 42 minutes
✨️ Bortle 7
@SciGuySpace NASA are in tight spot when it comes to crewed spaceflight from next decade. It makes sense that they take the lead on an alternative to Dragon, but further funding for Starliner feels like a reward for failure and doesn’t sit well with me.
