I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the non-receipt of my refund for Air India flights booked through Goibibo.

•Route: Dubai – Mumbai (20 March 2026) and Mumbai – Dubai (25 March 2026)
•Airline: Air India

Issue Summary:
•Both flights were cancelled by the airline
•The flights were subsequently rescheduled and then cancelled again
•I applied for a full refund on 18 March 2026
Despite this, I have still not received my refund.
Concerns:
•Goibibo customer care is not accessible, as calls disconnect when attempting to speak with an executive
•Air India has redirected me to Goibibo, while Goibibo has failed to provide any resolution
•I am being forced to follow up repeatedly without any clear communication or timeline
As per DGCA guidelines, passengers are entitled to a full refund in case of airline-initiated cancellations. The delay in processing my refund is a clear violation of consumer rights and service obligations.
I request you to:
1.Process my full refund immediately
2.Provide a clear status update with transaction details
3.Ensure no further delay in this matter
If my issue is not resolved within 7 days of this email, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to:
•National Consumer Helpline (NCH)
•DGCA grievance portal (AirSewa)
•Consumer Court for deficiency in service

I, Rohan Madhukar Salaskar, hereby file this complaint against Goibibo and Air India for deficiency in service and unfair trade practices.
Facts of the Case:
1. I booked flight tickets from Dubai to Mumbai and return via Goibibo.
2. The flights were scheduled for March 2026 but were cancelled by the airline (Air India).
3. I applied for a full refund on 18th March 2026.
4. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received the refund to date.
5. Air India has stated that the refund must be processed by the travel agent (Goibibo).
6. Goibibo has failed to provide any proper response and is only sending generic delay messages without resolution.
This has caused me financial loss, mental stress, and unnecessary harassment. I am being forced to run between the airline and the travel agent without any accountability.
Grounds for Complaint:
- Deficiency in service
- Unfair trade practice
- मानसिक harassment due to delay and lack of response
- Failure to process refund within reasonable time
Relief Sought:
I respectfully request the Honorable Commission to:
1. Direct the opposite parties to process my full refund immediately
2. Award compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience (₹50,000 or as deemed appropriate)
3. Award litigation costs
4. Pass any other order deemed fit in the interest of justice

However, I would like to highlight that I have already contacted my travel agent (Goibibo) multiple times regarding this refund, but I am not receiving any proper response apart from generic delay messages. There is no clear update or resolution being provided from their side.
As a customer, I am now stuck between the airline and the travel agent, with neither side taking ownership of resolving the issue. Since the flight was cancelled, I request you to kindly assist in escalating this matter internally with your concerned team or provide a definitive timeline for the refund.
It has already been a significant delay since my refund request was initiated on 18th March 2026, and I urgently need clarity on this matter.

Shame on you no service no refund what you are doing just eating up money and making clients frustrated.
This is my final communication regarding the pending refund for my cancelled booking (PNR: 8ONBXX).
Despite multiple follow-ups via email, calls, and social media, I have only received repetitive automated responses with no actual resolution. My refund request was submitted on 18 March 2026, and the delay is completely unjustified.
Please note:
- The flight was cancelled by the airline
- As per DGCA guidelines, I am entitled to a full refund
- Your failure to process the refund within a reasonable time is a violation of consumer rights
Please provide the following within 48 hours:
