"To offer no resistance to life is to be in a state of grace, ease and lightness. This state is then no longer dependent upon things being in a certain way, good or bad." - Eckhart Tolle
Tuesday's issue is live!
BARK’s founder and CEO Matt Meeker started BARK because of his Great Dane, Hugo.
In 2011, Matt and Hugo lived in Brooklyn and quickly came to find that New York City pet stores did not cater to big dogs.
Matt found that most dog products fell into a “one size fits all” category and he couldn’t find anything specific to Hugo’s size.
What happened next was the start of a massive subscription service company

In the past dogs and other pets used to exist in order to work for us, they would eat leftovers, stay outside, and were by no means considered family.
Nowadays, our pets are family. We invest in their well-being - from the best food to orthopedic beds, fancy jackets, and expensive medical care.
Here are 5 reasons why everyone considers the pet industry - “recession-proof”
1. As I just said, pets have elevated their status to family members, pet parents are willing to spend money on their loved fur balls even during tough financial times
2. Necessity - Your pet needs to eat, regardless of if you’re buying the most expensive organic food or the cheapest one, you gotta buy something to feed your dog or cat.
3. Less kids, more pets - Millennials who account for about 33% of pet ownership are replacing babies with pets and plants. Pet ownership has never been higher.
4. Pet humanization: The trend of pet humanization, where people treat their pets like humans, has contributed to the growth of the pet industry. This trend has resulted in increased spending on high-quality pet products and services.
5. Diversification of products and services: A broader range of products and services, such as pet grooming, pet sitting, pet training, and pet healthcare are available. This creates a robust market that can weather economic downturns in one segment of the industry while thriving in others.

Letting go doesn't mean giving up on your dreams or aspirations. It simply means releasing your attachment to the outcome. When you practice patience and surrender, you allow the Universe to do for you what you can’t do for yourself.
Catchphrases are extremely useful
They can simplify complex ideas, help break the ice in awkward situations, and most importantly make the other person laugh

But
If you have an idea, don't let anyone stop you, not the naysayers nor the pessimists
