I hate race day & watching trackers! Just over halfway into the Chester Ultra 50 Charlie is in 2nd place playing leapfrog with 1st lady.

Big well done to Charlie who finished 2nd female, 16th/251 at Walton 10k with a 5k PB of 20:26 & 10k PB of 42:33 (I think) and 3secs behind 1st place.
Her marathon training is in great shape at the moment with results like this a great confidence booster for her 😃

@lesleyjwall won the @HardmoorsUltras 60 mile race at the weekend, and came 4th overall, becoming the second fastest lady ever over the course.
She has followed her plans to the minute detail over the past few years 👌🏼

1 minute of hard work is 1 minute of hard work whether it’s 1 rep or 10 reps, so why rush?
