Counting calories. Unfortunately sedentary lifestyle increases appetite and hunger so sticking to your sedentary calories is pretty hard for the average person. That's why many gymbros are nerds, spending 60-90 minutes 3-4x/week in the gym is easier

@shubniggarath @PandaKingEX Oni2 is the best gameplay wise. Tightest controls, has regular attack combo, secret combo, and 3 charge combos for each weapon. 3 is missing that and doesn't feel as tight with the animations.
