If the silver car isn't moving quickly enough you are on a vehicle which is able to accelerate quickly. I'd start accelerating above HGV Speed and move into the first lane.

@HighwaysSWEST @sgloscouncil Who do we contact about traffic light timings? Some traffic lights near me are taking too long to change to red after the pedestrian crossing has been pressed, even when there is no traffic.

@willnorman @TfL @metpoliceuk Any roads within 50 metres of a school/housing/shopping centre/anywhere someone has to walk should have a 20mph speed limits and enough speed calming measures to make sure you can't go above 20mph ☺️
