basically penalize those using consultants to defer/pass the buck, give them skin in the game

I don't think I'm the cheapest around

but when I realize the systems overhaul* I can put together in 90 days can save my client a FTE hire

then in the right contexts I'm price competitive with a $6/hour VA

*esp if this is a one-off that "addbacks" for EBITDA purposes
