@RyeOnTheRoad@dsog@avlok@expensify It was a huge hassle to get the licensing and approvals to sell drinks/food, etc... so we made it a private club (membership = an expensify account). It was really cool and nice branding, but if we did it again, I would set it up as more of a paid cafe vs free coworking lounge
@JoeHarper@expensify Hey Joe, can you DM me some more info about this and I can get it resolved. 1. Your email you login to Expensify with and 2. the exact flow you’re going through to hit this error
We’ll investigate and fix asap.
@BobSummerwill@MicahZoltu@FrankRundatz@gmail@expensify I'm not certain what is happening WRT the labeling. The integration works like this: if enabled, the Uber receipt gets sent to you w/ [email protected] BCC'd. Maybe Google is detecting that and applying the label? However, I can assure you that we do not sell user data.
@FrankRundatz@MicahZoltu@BobSummerwill@gmail@expensify Just to clarify - Expensify does not sell customer data. This looks like some sort of custom label applied to the emails or a byproduct of our Uber integration. No data leak. No data sold.
@BobSummerwill@gmail@expensify Expensify does not sell customer data. I noticed those are Uber receipts - do you have our Uber integration enabled? Regardless, I can assure we are not giving your data to Google, selling it, or anything similar to what is being implied in this thread.
@Brian_AHarrison @expensify Can you DM me your email? I can take a look. I don't believe you need to delete reports to downgrade. Perhaps if you had processing reports and you downgraded to a plan that doesn't have multi-level approvals? Anyways, happy to look into it for you.
#ExpensiCon is finally here! In less than 24 hours, the magnificent Borgo Egnazia will be buzzing with industry leaders in the #accounting world! We're thrilled to welcome each and every one of you!
@daveweez@expensify Suffusing chat throughout the product so you don't need to leave Expensify (Gmail, Slack, etc...) to ask employees/clients/vendors about an expense/invoice/and soon - paycheck! No reduction in oversight, management, visibility or control.
@crmsaasguy@expensify Hey John! When you log in and also on every inbox page there is a "Request a call" button. Also, our team sent Adrian on your team a "Request a call" link 3 times. After requesting a call we typically call back in 2 minutes. We'd love to talk to you!
@marlene1026@expensify That's a message sent when we have an email, but no name (yet) for the user. It's not dynamically evaluating names, just trying to collect a name so we can make the UX friendly and call you Marlene instead of [email protected].
It has been SO cool seeing attendees of previous ExpensiCons grow their careers/firms through new ventures, movement between firms, or new strategies that came out of connections they made at ExpensiCon. It has actually changed lives. See you there!

@fharper@expensify Just to clarify, you're typing in your personal email, clicking "forgot password", and then clicking "unlink accounts, right?
If so, then it must be a bug because that feature was built exactly for the situation you're in. Can you test again & report back? TY
@changingworship@expensify Hey Robb, this is a bug. I confirmed with the team that it has been have fixed in the next update. Shouldn't be an issue for long. Sorry about that!
@mattcantstop@expensify Hey Matt, I saw your tweet a couple weeks ago and mentioned it to the team. The "Ask your admin" card shouldn't be shown until you've finished your To-Dos. This was a bug that has now been fixed. Thank you for letting us know and for your business!
