When I’m hiring drivers I always check their social media. I’m looking to see if they are complaining about their current situation. If they are, that tells me they are in a victim mindset. Empowered minds just do things about the situation.

100% Agree!! You need to be aligned on type of work, home time and customer service. You can strain the relationship of two good,well-intentioned parties, if you don’t agree with the fundamentals of the company you’re leasing to.

My buddy says the money is good is not a good reason.
