In an attempt to appease the lobby that opposes the current government in Afghanistan, Asim Munir, in his short-sightedness, is destroying the peace that was established in the region during our tenure. Where there should have been a strong relationship, things are being made worse. It grieves me deeply that after decades of hospitality, our Afghan brothers are now being forcibly pushed out of the country. At a time when Afghanistan has been struck by an earthquake, we ought to be helping them, not expelling them.

I direct Ali Amin Gandapur to go to Afghanistan, sit with them, and hold discussions regarding mutual issues and peace and security so that the situation can be prevented from deteriorating further. The sham federal government must answer: if Maryam Nawaz can travel to Japan and Thailand, why should the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa not be able to travel to Afghanistan for peace in his province?

The ongoing military operations, drone strikes, and forced displacements of our own people in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are, in reality, an attempt to undermine Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s government that was formed with a public mandate. Ali Amin Gandapur must firmly resist this operation. The people of the province are already devastated by floods. If drone strikes and military operations are not stopped, it will be a grave injustice. Already, many of our police personnel have embraced martyrdom. As long as this operation continues, the hardships of the people will increase, and terrorism will intensify further.

At this moment, the entire country is submerged in floods. People have suffered immense losses because of these floods in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The whole nation must unite to confront this situation. I would surely be conducting fundraising and telethons if I were not in prison. From here, I call upon my nation to contribute generously and wholeheartedly to relief efforts for the assistance of flood victims.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf must also fully participate in the protest against the attack on the political gathering in Balochistan.”

اللہ کو حاضر ناضر جان کر قسم دیتا ہوں اس دن میرے لیڈر نے ایک بھی (لِسی ) کمزور بات نہیں کی۔ ایک لمحے کو ایک ایسا لفظ نہ بولا جس مجھے لگا ہو کہ میرا لیڈر کمزور پڑا ہوا۔ چہرے پر مسکراہٹ رہی۔ بھرپور اعتماد۔ رعب -

آخری لمحے گاڑی میں بیٹھنے لگے تو میری ایک ضد اور بار بار اصرار ہر انہوں نے مجھے ڈانٹا۔بہت ساری باتیں اگر آج کہوں تو پانی میں آگ لگ جائے۔ میں خان صاحب کے جیل سے باہر آبے کا منتظر ہوں۔ پھر سب کھول کر بیان کروں گا۔ ابھی خاموش ہوں کیونکہ میرے سچ کی وجہ سے میرے دلیر لیڈر پر اور پریشانیاں آئیں گی۔

لیکن ایک بات ہے۔ میں مڈل کلاس سے نکلا ایک عام شخص۔ اس آخری دن کپتان نے صبح 11 بجے سے رات لیٹ تک مجھے کئی مشکل ٹاسک دہیے۔ ایسے ٹاسک جس میں امانت اور integrity کا ٹیسٹ تھا۔ مجھے لگتا ہے میں نے اپنے لیڈر کو مایوس نہیں کیا۔ باقی میرا اللہ جانتا ہے۔ اور خوب انصاف والا ہے۔

اپنی اوقات سے اوپر جا کر اس دن میں کھیلا۔ شائید میری زندگی کا وہ مشکل اور بہترین اننگز تھی۔ میری اوقات سے بڑھ کر وزن میرے لیڈر نے ڈالا۔ اور اللہ نے مجھے اسے اٹھانے کا حوصلہ اور ہمت دی۔

میں نے اس دن جو جو مشورہ دیا۔ پوری ایمانداری سے دیا۔ اور بعدمیں تقریباً سب کچھ درست ثابت ہوا۔ یہ نہیں کہ مجھ میں عقل زیادہ تھی۔ نہیں۔ ہم مڈل کلاسیوں کو جو عزت دیتا ہے ہم اس کے لئے پھر سب فدا کر ڈالتے ہیں۔ اس دن میری لیڈر نے جو عزت بھرم اور اعتماد مجھے بخشا وہ میری زندگی کا اثاثہ ہے۔

کوئی مجھے سے کچھ بھی چھین سکتا ہے لیکن اس دن میرے لیڈر نے مجھے اوپنر کے طور پر بھیجا۔ سوچیں دسویں یا گیارویں نمبر والے سے خان نے اوپن کروایا۔ اور میں نے جم کر بیٹنگ کی۔ کسی نے میرا بازو پکڑ دھمکی دی تو میں نے صرف اتنا کہا۔ اللہ مالک ہے۔ کوئی بات نہیں۔ میں اعتماد کو ٹھیس نہیں پہنچا سکتا۔

کیوں کہ خدا گواہ ہے خان اس دن شاندار کھیلا۔ متانت عزت آبرو اور پوری دھج سے شوکت خانم کے بیٹے نے حالات اور فرعون کی آنکھوں میں آنکھ ڈال کر فیصلے کیے- میں تو بس دوسری اینڈ پر ادنا کارکن سنگل لینے والا تھا۔ یا گیند روک رہا تھا۔ چھکے چوکے تو اس دن عمران احمد نیازی نے لگائے۔ انشاللہ وقت بدلے گا۔ سب شئیر کروں گا۔
