We got a rental car from @Hertz in Spain & it had a rodent infestation. After 3 months of talking to the customer support reps for compensation (the mouse ran over our feet & almost caused us to crash) they told me it was my fault that a rodent was in their car 🤯🤯 TERRIBLE
