Has anyone ran a school council in their ECT year? Trying to decide if I should volunteer or not @MrTs_NQTs #ECT

[SENTeacher @SENTeacher2]

Had my first observation as a ECT today and had some lovely feedback and was given advice on some things to try. I was told I have a teacher presence already and the chn already respect me and I feel over the moon! #ECT’s #TeachFirst #ECTSEN

Maybe we’ve been looking at work/life balance all wrong.

Maybe we should be looking at life/work balance instead.

[SENTeacher @SENTeacher2]

@twentyonetrain @MrTs_NQTs Timestables game or a book

[SENTeacher @SENTeacher2]

@mr_alfredb I felt fine, really bad side effects after the first but then nothing after my second apart from feeling a bit tired

[SENTeacher @SENTeacher2]

@EHU_NQT @MrTs_NQTs Oooo thank you! That would be so useful!

[SENTeacher @SENTeacher2]

What should I ask for my school to email over to me so I’m ready to start in September? #ECT #NQT #SEN @MrTs_NQTs

[SENTeacher @SENTeacher2]

@Miss_H_Y5 @MrTs_NQTs Thank you! I know they use RWI and White Rose for maths but not sure about other subjects so will ask thank you!
