An RTI has revealed that 463 community dogs were picked up from a single zone, yet there is no transparent public record of where these animals are today.

This is not just an administrative lapse. It is a question of accountability, transparency, and the rule of law.

We urge the competent authorities and Supreme Court to ensure:

- A time-bound inquiry into the disappearance of all 463 dogs.
- Public disclosure of their current status and location.
- Identification of every official, contractor, and organization involved.
- Immediate suspension and termination of those found responsible, wherever legally warranted.
- Registration of criminal cases against anyone who has violated the law or concealed records.
- Personal accountability of officers who failed to discharge their statutory duties.

No public authority is above the law. If innocent, voiceless animals can disappear without explanation, public trust in governance is seriously undermined.

🚨 संभाजीनगर सरकारी एनिमल हॉस्पिटल, रेलवे स्टेशन, मुंबई

यहाँ बेजुबान कुत्तों के साथ जो हो रहा है, वह बेहद शर्मनाक और अमानवीय है। कई कुत्ते गंभीर रूप से बीमार हैं। कई कुत्तों की आँखों में और उसके आसपास बड़ी संख्या में Ticks (किलनियाँ) चिपकी हुई हैं, उनका शरीर कमजोर हो चुका है, फिर भी उन्हें समय पर इलाज, पर्याप्त भोजन, साफ़ पानी और उचित देखभाल नहीं मिल रही।

कभी स्टेरिलाइज़ेशन (ABC) के नाम पर, तो कभी "Aggressive" बताकर उन्हें यहाँ लाया जाता है। लेकिन महीनों तक कई कुत्ते बाहर की दुनिया तक नहीं देख पाते। इलाज और देखभाल के नाम पर उन्हें बंद रखकर तड़पाना किसी भी हाल में स्वीकार्य नहीं है।

❗ सभी कुत्तों को तुरंत उचित इलाज, पर्याप्त भोजन, साफ़ पानी और मानवीय देखभाल उपलब्ध कराई जाए।
❗जिन कुत्तों की हालत गंभीर है, उनका तत्काल उपचार कराया जाए।
❗ पूरे Government Animal Hospital और ABC Centre की स्वतंत्र एवं निष्पक्ष जांच कराई जाए।
❗ इस घोर लापरवाही और पशु क्रूरता के लिए जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों और संबंधित एजेंसी के खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी एवं विभागीय कार्रवाई की जाए।
❗ जिन कुत्तों का इलाज पूरा हो चुका है, उन्हें नियमों के अनुसार जल्द से जल्द उनके मूल क्षेत्र में छोड़ा जाए।

बेजुबानों को बचाने के नाम पर उन्हें महीनों तक ऐसी हालत में रखना किसी भी सभ्य व्यवस्था पर सवाल खड़ा करता है। इन बेजुबान जानवरों के साथ न्याय हो और हर जिम्मेदार व्यक्ति की जवाबदेही तय की जाए।

This old man is Hari Sharma. He is a habitual abuser and killer who picks up dogs from the locality with the help of his grandson and throws them into the river. His entire family is involved in this. The evidence has been attached. Both of them shouldn’t be in society.

We request @police_haryana to take action against this family. Society doesn’t need them. If there are any dog bites reported from that area, this family should be held responsible and accountable. If anyone from this family gets bitten, medical service should be refused by the government.
