Last group pick with the wombles for a while but we got 25 bags off our area plus loads of cans for #helipadsforhospitals and some other grot that wouldn’t fit in bags.
Back to solo ‘exercise’ picks again for a while. Stay safe all #dontbeatosser#sllw#talkingrubbish
@Oadby_Wigston The parks thing is weird OBWC. No other councils have done this. The kids are all hanging out in car parks and Bell St. Also people use willow Park as a cut through for work and this considerably adds time to your commute. In a time when we are supposed to be walking or cycling!
@Oadby_Wigston And two households are not allowed to meet at the pub. Good to see that pubs are checking this. We had our table cancelled on Saturday. Fully understand they must do this.
We struck litter-picking gold this morning, on a community #GBSeptemberClean with @TandM_Greens, finding an impossible-to-believe 456 cans in just one bush in #Tonbridge town centre. Lots of determination & bramble wounds later, they've all been safely recycled @KeepBritainTidy
In 17 days I have collected 168 bags of rubbish as part of my pledge to pick for @KeepBritainTidy#GBSeptemberClean
I will continue to #litterpick everyday on my way to school or at the weekend with my brother & sisters to help my community and the environment.

@picupglobal@litterati Just uploaded the 21 pics of different PPE spotted and binned on our usual litter pick walk, mostly from East Bank N16 @plasticfreehkny @jonburkeUK
As Cardiff approaches another lockdown, we'd like to thank all our volunteers who went out to clean our streets of Splott between April & August. Despite us being unable to go out as a group, this didn't stop you! Just check out these stats, you are all simply fantastic! 💙💙
Our refuse collection teams would like to thank the residents of #Oadby, #Wigston & #SouthWigston for their support during #Covid19. Some of you have been leaving rainbows🌈 on your bins & clapping👏 as they continue their duties which is fantastic. #StrongerTogether#StaySafe
As of 9am 13 April, 367,667 tests have concluded, with 14,506 tests on 12 April.
290,720 people have been tested of which 88,621 tested positive.
As of 5pm on 12 April, of those hospitalised in the UK who tested positive for coronavirus, 11,329 have sadly died.
Hope everyone is well after 2 weeks of #lockdown. Please, as the weather warms up, #StayHome. Mental health is important and an hour #walkingfromhome is OK, kids burn energy, parents get breathing space and its good to be a #naturelover. #LoveWhereYouLive. 221 bags this week.
#litterpicking almost impossible atm in London due to #coronavirus measures, unless on your own & with protective equipment. Looking forward to starting up again soon!
We hope all our followers are staying safe, wherever you are in the world. @litterati@KeepBritainTidy#picup
On a side note so many people have followed over here in the last 24 hours (about 600) that we've broken the rules of Twitter. As such, we are barred for 3 days from retweeting or following. Bloody companies and their rules, please RT this for us 👍.
