@macker100 I'm sure that is true for some people, but definitely not all. Personally I feel very uncomfortable speaking in virtual rooms and am not likely to contribute as much, but in person I feel much more comfortable to join in. I'm sure there are people who feel vice versa too!
Does anyone actually enjoy the use of breakout rooms during online training courses, rather than finding them cripplingly awkward? Asking for a friend...
@macker100 Theoretically nothing! In practise though, the virtual barrier usually means that people are much less comfortable in engaging and it often just ends with people sitting in awkward silence looking at each other. Or worse, a room full of people with mics and cameras off!
