🛑 #Concluded: The National Consultation workshop on the Implementation of the IGAD Regional Qualifications Framework and Kenya National Qualifications Framework has closed in #Nairobi.

The consultations were conducted to create a common understanding among the ministries of education, national stakeholders, and development partners with the view to appreciate its impact on the education and skill building sector and improving the quality of education and training.

Participants reviewed and appraised the Kenyan National Qualifications Framework in relation with the regional IGAD Qualifications Framework and provided recommendations for future actions.

The Chief of Staff to the Executive Secretary and Ag. Director, @IGADHealthS, Mr. @MabuyaMubarakx thanked the Government of Kenya their leadership in education reform and being pioneers at developing the National Qualifications Frameworks in the region.
