This week as we mark 81 years since the end of WWII on our continent, we bow our heads in the memory of the fallen. Today, EU diplomats joined the Victory Day commemoration at the Yama, a memorial to the prisoners of the Minsk ghetto who perished here at the hands of the Nazis.

❗️Ursula von der Leyen stated at the meeting of EU ambassadors in Brussels that Ukraine will receive a €90 billion loan despite all obstacles (in particular, Hungary's blocking).

She emphasized: The EU will fulfill its commitments because the trust and security of the Union are at stake. This is a priority, and the loan will be provided.

She stated that Europe will always support Ukraine as a future member of the EU and the first line of defense, and peace must be just so as not to generate new conflicts.
