graduation ceremony for 39 students who completed their studies at the SOYVO TVET Center in Burao. These students were trained in multimedia, digital skills, and business education and were supported to establish small enterprises through which they could apply and sustain the skills they acquired.
@Somaliland of Education and Science, in collaboration with the @SOYVOORG, held a training in the city of Burao focused on preventing abuse in educational settings. The training involved extensive discussions on how to prevent such incidents and the necessary measures to take if they do occur. The training also emphasized strategies to improve Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS).Organized by the Gender Department of the Ministry of Education, the training aimed to strengthen the knowledge of school administrators and teachers on abuse prevention and health care.
