Once flat registration is done builder should be out of picture as per rules Apartment Act.

This is the height of patience from residents of sunshine helios residents. High court and Noida authorities have issued 6 order to transfer the maintenance to AOA but the builder has no fear and the authorities don't care at all about the residents.

Residents also promised to deposit monthly CAM charges with AOA from December onwards, and entrusted them to clear service provider bills thereafter ensuring continuity of service, while builder comes up with a plan for handover.
