Couldn’t have done it without some good sequential nephron blockade (SGLT2i, Loop diuretic drip, thiazide diuretic, MRA and hypertonic saline!).

Most frustrating thing to be told is that a patient you know for years can’t get a transplant because their “insurance” doesn’t approve it. Patient-physician relationship should take precedence! #advocacy
