This lady is an RTO officer from Bihar. She was checking on the highway. Just then, a truck pulled up.

The lady demanded ₹1000 entry fee from the truck driver. The driver said the truck was empty, so why pay?

On hearing this, the lady became furious and, when he refused to pay, issued a challan for ₹7500.

Was this checking or open extortion? Such policemen point fingers at the entire administration!

The government should take strict action against such policemen so that ordinary people don't face any problems!
