Thank you

How can video games treat historical trauma? 'Dreams on a Pillow' uses memory and folktales as core mechanics. Dive into the discussion: https://t.co/60UNO46YAY
This is very innovative. @RasheedAbueideh is using video gaming to tell the story of the Nakba and the memories that Israel seeks to erase.

I’m NOT excited and I’m NOT thrilled. I’m honestly scared to share this, but I’m not a coward. I have to show you what you helped us create.
None of this would have been possible without your help, and we can’t finish it without your support

Today is the anniversary of the Nakba, when 100,000s of Palestinians were forcibly evicted from their homeland to make way for the creation of Israel.
And @RasheedAbueideh is crowdfunding to make a video game about it.
(We covered it a while ago and it looks truly amazing).
A developer from the occupied West Bank is turning a 75-year-old Palestinian folk tale into a video game, and the fight to make it mirrors the story inside it.
Dreams on a Pillow follows a mother forcibly displaced during the 1948 Nakba. We spoke to developer Rasheed Abueideh.
Excited to share that Dreams on a Pillow now has 1000 wishlists on Steam It doesnt seem like a big number, but it means that 1000 of you want to learn and follow the story of Khadra, that touches all of us.
